Timothy Nocchi (born 7 July 1990 in Cecina) is an Italian goalkeeper who currently plays for Carrarese in the Italian Lega Pro Prima Divisione, on loan from Serie A giants, Juventus.
Nocchi began his career with Italian and European powerhouse, Juventus FC and was promoted to the Primavera squad in 2008, until his youth team promotion at the conclusion of the 2008-09 statistical season. He was the backup of Carlo Pinsoglio in 2008–09 season. Upon his promotion to the Juventus first team, Nocchi was sent out on loan to Serie D side, Rosignano, where he became the club's starting goalkeeper and went on to make 32 league appearances for the club in his first season. In the summer of 2010, Nocchi returned to Juventus, only to be loaned out to Lega Pro Seconda Divisione side U.S. Poggibonsi, where he would appear in 22 matches for the fourth division club. On June 30, 2011, Nocchi returned to Juventus. Soon after his return, Nocchi was again sent on loan. In July 2011, the young goalkeeper joined Carrarese Calcio, who were looking to bolster their squad following promotion to the Lega Pro Prima Divisione. Nocchi was the backup of Massimo Gazzoli in the first 8 rounds, and became the first choice since round 9.
